Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at the Rebetika Hotel & Bistro in the heart of the historical district, I was pleasantly surprised by the culinary offerings that catered to both local and international tastes. One highlight was the extensive Turkish breakfast served on the lovely rooftop terrace, where I savored a delightful selection of fresh ingredients. It brought me back to my travels through the picturesque towns of France, reminding me of how food can narrate a culture's history. The dinner I enjoyed featured stuffed aubergines, demonstrating the chef's commitment to vegetarian options, which I greatly appreciated. The atmosphere of the bistro was inviting, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Ephesus, just a short walk away. the attentive staff, particularly Mehmet, ensured that my dining experience was seamless. I can confidently recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a blend of culture and cuisine in a charming setting.
